3:55pm Male at the Police Department to report property damage accident that occurred in parking lot
in the 300 block of E Division St

3:03am 2 parking citations issued and vehicles impounded for snow removal.
11:21am Vehicle unlock in the 1200 block of Marshall Rd.
3:50pm Report of juveniles making snowman in Boyne Avenue near Pearl St and throwing
snowballs at passing cars. Snowman removed by Road Commission and parents notified.
6:19pm Male in the 300 block of Silver St reports being harassed by phone. All parties were advised to
stop contacting one another.
8:27pm Male reports civil dispute over child custody.
