4:32am  Resident in the 200 block of E Main St reports loud voices in the area.  Subject located and asked to speak more quietly.<br />
11:08am Report of lost checkbook in the 400 block of N Lake St.  Was located.<br />
12:15pm Larceny of gasoline from the 200 block of S Lake St.<br />
1:09pm Responded to custody dispute in the 300 block of E Division.  Referred to Friend of Court.<br />
3:53pm Reports of kids jumping off boardwalk into river.  Were gone on arrival.<br />

<p>8:05am		Rock thrown at building damaging siding in the 200 block of E Water St.</p>

<p>3:33am	Male reports someone rattling his door knob and knocking on his door in the 300 block of Silver St.  Subject was gone on officerâ€™s arrival.</p>
<p>1:00pm	Met citizen at Humane Society to lodge dog that was running at large.</p>
<p>3:00pm	Officer checked on report of possible Breaking and Entering at residence in the 400 block of Pearl St. Window was left open.  Everything was secure.</p>
<p>6:18pm	Report of a disturbance at a business in the 1100 block of Boyne Av.  Customer upset because he did not feel he received correct change.  Business agreed to contact him when they balanced the cash register after they closed.</p>
<p>6:54pm	Assisted Child Protective Services with home visit in the 500 block of N lake St.</p>
<p>9:56pm	Assisted Sheriffâ€™s Department with traffic accident on Old Horton Bay Rd.</p>

<p>1:17pm	Officer found 2 juvenile females with cigarettes by the river.  Both subjects were returned home and parents were advised of the situation.</p>
<p>4:39pm	Report of kids tearing stuff up in parking lot in the 100 block of N East St.  Kids were located and they were playing with cattails they got from the river.</p>
<p>5:47pm	Report of car blocking private drive in the 100 block of E Water St.  Owner was located and moved car.</p>
<p>6:06pm	Unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of E Water St.</p>
<p>6:10pm	Unlocked a second vehicle in the 100 block of E Water St</p>
