Boyne City HS Class of 1975 reunion; your help is needed

Where were you in the summer of 1975?

Many members of the Boyne City High School Class of 1975 were at Young State Park Beach contemplating their futures.

Forty-plus years later, those high school seniors are now contemplating their futures as senior citizens.

It seems like just yesterday for a dedicated group of the ’75 Ramblers and they are organizing a class reunion.

The event has been set for Saturday Oct. 6 in the Pine Lake Lodge.

To help defray the costs associated with hosting the reunion, the Class of ’75 is raffling a handmade quilt. Raffle tickets are being sold by Laura (Looze) Bush (231) 459-6094 and Doreen (Janack) Cousins (231) 942-9192.

The drawing will be held on the 4th of July at VanAlstines’s Auto Value Store next to the Post Office in Boyne City.

Remember the long hair and bellbottoms? The Class of 1975 organizers have been collecting photos and memorabilia. Share your favorites with the group.

Anyone from the class can help support the memories by contacting the reunion organizers Doreen (Janack) Cousins, Laura (Looze) and Jack Bush, Terry (Brown) Fillion, Linda (Lindsay) Hokama, Ed Anderson, and Terry VanAlstine using the email address 1975bchs@gmail.com.
