Michigan Representative Triston Cole supports March is Reading Month

Michigan State Rep. Triston Cole (R-Mancelona) will tour House District 105 in an effort to promote March is Reading Month across the community.

Rep. Cole plans to visit several local schools to read books aloud to the students.

“Reading is an essential skill for every child in Michigan to obtain and while I do believe the importance of reading should be stressed year-round, I am honored and overjoyed to visit several schools throughout the month of March to promote this national annual celebration,” said Rep. Cole.

“I am looking forward to reading to the kids because spending time with the youngsters serves as a great reminder of why I decided to become state representative. The next generation is our state’s future and I want to do everything I can to prepare them for success.”
