Byron Center, MICHIGAN: A lottery winner’s big future will be lost now that he has filed for bankruptcy.

On behalf of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Thursday, January 7th Repocast.com will be auctioning off the rights to receive lottery payments (Cash for Life), $1000 a month for life as long as the debtor lives. As signed in court documents, the winning bidder will receive payments for both November & December of 2015.
“The interesting aspect of this auction is the man’s age, 73, and the other unknown details as to his health and life” Miedema states.

The rights to receive lottery payments (cash for life) will be auctioned off Thursday, January 7th in a one day online auction via Repocast.com, with the auction opening sharply at8am.
Per Bankruptcy Court Orders there will be no Buyers Premium on this item. As in all bankruptcy auctions this item will sell subject to Bankruptcy Courts approval of the high bid.
