BOYNE to Host Appreciation Day with Free Skiing for Local Residents

In appreciation of local patronage, Boyne Highlands Resort and Boyne Mountain Resort are hosting the 9th annual Community Appreciation Day offering a full day of free skiing and snowboarding to residents of Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, and Otsego counties on Sunday, January 10.

Free access to the downhill trails at Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain, plus the parks, pipes and cross country trails is available 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday Jan. 10.

Local residents can show their driver’s license or other form of ID with proof of residency at the resorts’ lift ticket windows to receive their free lift ticket.

Ages 15 and under can ski/snowboard free during Community Appreciation Day if accompanied by an adult with proof of local residency.

In addition to free skiing and snowboarding, Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain are also offering complimentary NASTAR racing, as well as discounts on group ski and snowboard lessons, equipment rental, spa services, and admission to Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark, plus food and beverage specials, and more.
