District Court
The following cases were recently heard in Charlevoix’s 90th District Court:
• Pamela Marie Cloud, 44 of Cheboygan, violating a restricted license. To pay $350 in fines and costs.
• Frank Wasylewski, 81 of Elmira, failure to use due care when passing an emergency vehicle. To pay $300 in fines and costs.
• Isaac Evans Tompkins, 28 of Boyne City, malicious destruction of property (under $200).
To serve 93 days in jail with 93 days held in abeyance.
To be placed on probation for nine months, submit to PBT and drug testing as required, not to consume or possess alcohol or controlled substances.
To pay $525 in fines and costs, $210 in restitution.

• Eric Charles Moran, 19 of Charlevoix, operating a motor vehicle with any blood alcohol content, open intoxicant in the motor vehicle.
To serve 90 days in jail with credit for two days served, three days community service work in lieu of jail time, 85 days held in abeyance.
To be placed on probation for nine months, submit to PBT and drug testing as required, not to consume or possess alcohol or controlled substances.
To pay $875 in fines and costs.
• Tyler Shane Stephenson, 19 of Boyne City, minor in possession of alcohol, second offense.
To serve 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served. To pay $350 in fines and costs.
• Pamela Jo Godfrey, 30 of Petoskey, open intoxicant in a motor vehicle.
To pay $300 in fines and costs.
• Tashakay Marie Rivera, 21 of Charlotte, operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
To pay $425 in fines and costs.
• Sarah Jane McBee, 28 of Boyne City, operating while intoxicated, first offense.
To serve 93 days in jail with credit for 16 days served, 47 days held in abeyance.
To be placed on probation for two years, submit to PBT and drug testing as required, not to consume or possess alcohol or controlled substances.
To pay $925 in fines and costs.

District Court
The following cases were recently heard in Charlevoix’s 90th District Court:
Mochelle Lee Rascon, 40 of Boyne City, resisting and obstructing a police officer, operating while intoxicated.
To serve 120 to 330 days in jail with credit for 77 days served.
To be placed on probation for two years, pay $29,001.45 in fines, costs, and restitution.
