Amy Wieland, Executive Director, said this event will support the agency’s education and outreach initiative that enables our community to better understand the Who, What, Where, Why and When of Hospice care and that they have a Choice in that care.
It will also help fund the unfunded needs not covered by insurance for hospice patients of the organization into the future.
You have a Choice in hospice care.
Know what choices are available for you and your family before an emergent situation arises.
Presentations to local organizations or access to more information can be arranged by contacting Wieland at (231) 547-7659.
