The Boyne District Library is hosting a Holiday Open House and Book Sale on Saturday, Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. with activities for all!

The library will have a wide variety of activities and events for community members of all ages. Plus, Santa Claus will be in the library’s childrens area from 10 a.m. until noon.

All of Santa’s young visitors will receive a gift and a photo keepsake from Santa.

From noon to 2 p.m., children and teens are invited to drop in for holiday-themed crafts.

In the Children’s Area, the Boyne District library is partnering with the Charlevoix County Conservation District to offer a holiday nature story and craft.

Teens and tweens can stop by the teen area and make a “sweet” decoration to take home.

Patrons of all ages are invited to visit our Technology Petting Zoo in the Conference Room upstairs from noon 1 p.m.

There will also be tech gadgets of all kinds on hand for patrons to explore.

You’ll be able to try out mobile devices, wireless speakers, electronic toys, and more: everything from large gifts to stocking stuffers!
Information on purchasing these items will be available.

And of course, The Friends of the Boyne District Library will hold their Holiday Book Sale in the library’s Community Room from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Browse the Friends’ used book inventory, have a glass of punch, and enjoy holiday music as you shop.
