Boyne District Library celebrates Beverly Cleary’s 100th birthday

The Boyne District Library is excited to announce a special reading program for the month of April!

Beverly Cleary, who made the DEAR program famous in her book, “Ramona Quimby, Age 8,” turns 100 years old on Tuesday, April 12.

In honor of her birthday, the Boyne District Library is encouraging readers of all ages to explore her wonderful stories.

Read a book or listen to one by Beverly Cleary this month, stop by the library and tell a librarian about it, and receive a prize!

One prize per reader.
