Boyne City’s LifeTree Cafe discussion topic: political correctness

Where to draw the line between political correctness and free speech will be examined at Lifetree Café on Sunday June 10 at 6:30 p.m.

The program—titled “Political Correctness: Where Do You Draw the Line?”—includes a filmed interview with former Navy Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt, who made national headlines after disobeying a direct order to stop praying “in Jesus’ name” while in uniform outside a sanctioned divine service.

During the episode, Lifetree participants will be given the chance to share their own opinions and experiences with political correctness.

Admission to the 60-minute event is free.

Lifetree Café is located 401 S Park St., Boyne City.

Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation about life and faith in a casual, comfortable setting.
