On Saturday Nov. 28, children are welcome to participate in Crooked Tree Arts Center Petoskey’s Shop & Drop.
This program provides kids with fun Saturday activities and parents with some free time to shop and support local businesses on Small Business Saturday.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., parents can drop their children off at CTAC for organized art projects and activities.
Kids 4 years of age to 5th grade will make holiday-themed crafts, play age-appropriate games, and enjoy a healthy snack.
“This is our second year offering Shop & Drop,” says Megan DeWindt, CTAC Program Director. “With the popularity and following that our Kids’ Day Off events have, we expect a full house!”
Shop & Drop costs $5 per CTAC Member child, or $10 per Non-Member child.
Drop-ins are welcome, but pre-registration guarantees your child a space. When parents drop off their children for Shop & Drop, they will receive special discounts from area retailer.
Parents and guardians can register at www.crookedtree.org, or by calling Crooked Tree Arts Center at 231-347-4337.
The Crooked Tree Arts Center is located at 461 E. Mitchell Street, downtown Petoskey, and at 322 Sixth Street, downtown Traverse City.
