Robert Neil Anders Jr, 26 of East Jordan–Operating while intoxicated (2nd Offense). To serve 365 days in jail with credit for 3 days served, 30 days community service work in lieu of jail time, 332 days held in abeyance. To be placed on probation for 2 years, submit to daily PBT, drug testing bi-weekly. To attend 7 substance abuse meetings per week with verification for 90 days, pay $1,375 in fines and costs.
Samantha Jo Gibson, 27 of East Jordan–Disorderly/drunk person. To serve 2 days in jail, 3 days community service, pay $350 in fines and costs.
